Join us for a grounding and relaxing Yoga & Wellness Workshop at Mandala Studio & Creative Space, on Nov 30th from 6-8pm.
Are you suffering from anxiety and / or stress ? Are you getting nervous when thinking of the holiday season?
Release stress and find inner peace during our Yoga and Wellness workshop. We will breathe, move, meditate. Expect a grounding yoga asana practice, including breathing and meditation techniques that you can apply at any season of your life. You will learn how to stay grounded and keep your boundaries even during challenging times.
During this workshop, you can expect to learn and practice:
- Yoga Asana practices
- Pranayama - Breath practices
- Meditation
- Chanting
- Techniques to ground and release the nervous system
- Sharing circle (optional)
Immerse yourself in an evening of self-care and self-discovery as we explore various yoga techniques and wellness practices. This in-person event is designed for beginners and experienced yogis alike. All are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement. Bring a water bottle and a journal and pen (optional).
Yoga mats, pillows, blocks, blankets are provided. Tea will be served.
Contribution: $40 (via Eventbrite or e-transfer to groundedpathyoga@gmail.com to avoid fees).

Facilitator:
Alexandra is a Yoga teacher, Reiki therapist, and an Ayurvedic Practitioner. But most of all she is a student of Life, striving to apply healthy routines, and be of service to others. Through her personal practice - her Sadhana -, she works towards spiritual alignment and promotes well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.
In her yoga classes she will focus on grounding by cultivating presence, connecting to your breath and finding ways to help you unite with yourself.
