Alexandra has experience with teaching yoga and mindfulness for businesses and organizations of various backgrounds.

Having worked herself in the corporate world and for start ups, she understands the benefits that yoga and mindfulness can bring to a workplace.

Close to a burnout at several occasions, she turned to yoga and mindfulness to keep her grounded and at peace. Now having these tools at hand, she feels more resilient and is able to face challenges with a different perspective.

CORPORATE OFFERS

HATHA CLASS - 30/45/60min

A gentle and slower practice to get ready for the day or afternoon, or unwind and relax after work. Hatha class focuses on the breath, the balance, provides a great overall stretch and strengthens the body and mind.

VINYASA FLOW CLASS - 30/45/60min

A warmer and stronger practice, that flows between each postures. It provides a great release and strengthening for the body, as well as helps focusing on the present moment and sharpens the mind.

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION - 30/45min

A shorter practice that brings mindfulness to the workspace. This class provides a few gentle movements and invites participants to practice presence. Musical healing instruments - such as tibetan bowls or chimes - may be played during the class.

CHAIR YOGA - 30/45/60min

This yoga class is practiced with a chair as a prop. Gentle movements and stretches to allow the energy to flow. Breathing techniques and a short meditation at the end of the class will provide a great relaxation break.
