About the event

Join me for a weekly outdoor yoga class in Victoria Park West, in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver! This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. Release the day with a yoga practice, and learn about different postures, mantras, mudras, and enjoy a Savasana (resting pose) immersed in live healing sounds.

Alex will be your instructor for this class, guiding you through each pose. You will feel refreshed, energized and grounded. Options will be provided so everyone can have an enjoyable practice. Expect to practice yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath practices), and meditation. Alex will also incorporate some teachings about mudras, mantras, and other yogic wisdom as she sees fit.

During this series we will focus on the Summer season. Expect cleansing breath practices, warming and cooling Asanas for a perfect balance, to help detoxify and reinforce the body.

Please wear comfortable clothes for the practice and bring a water bottle. Bring your own mat or let me know, I have a few space ones!

The classes will take place in Victoria Park West side, on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm.

Please arrive 10min before the class to find parking and settle.

Investment: $100 for the 6 classes / $20 for a drop in. You can e-transfer to groundedpathyoga@gmail.com to avoid website fees.

About your instructor:

Alexandra is a Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and an Ayurveda Practitioner. But most of all she is a student of Life, striving to apply healthy routines, and be of service to others. Through her personal practice - her Sadhana -, she works towards spiritual alignment and promotes well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

In her yoga classes she will focus on grounding by cultivating presence, connecting to your breath and finding ways to help you unite with yourself.
