About the event

Join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga session in the comfort of your own home! Our Morning Yoga event is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. Start your day off right with a gentle flow that will awaken your body and mind.

Alex will be your instructor for this class, guiding you through each pose. You will feel refreshed, energized and grounded. The class will be gentle and options will be provided so everyone can have an enjoyable practice. Expect to practice yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath practices), and meditation.

During this series we will focus on preparing our bodies and mind for Spring, switching from one season to another. Winter being still present, we will nurture the slow and heavy energy and incorporate strength and fire step by step, getting ready for the blossoming energy of Spring.
