About the event
We are meeting in a small community group to connect to ourselves and nature. Take a break from the busy city and join us as we explore the beautiful surroundings of Vancouver and we ground through mindful practices. For this third occurrence, we are connecting to the element of Air 🌬️
We will hike the Lynn Loop trail in Lynn Headwaters Regional Park. It is a moderate hike, 5,5km and it will take us about 1h30 - 1h45 to complete it (including breaks and lunch time).
