About the event

Spring is considered by many cultures as being the true start of a new year. This new cycle is opening many opportunities for us. This is a time to emerge from the slow and cold Winter and gradually start taking actions. Spring is synonymous with new beginnings. Simply by looking at nature we can witness how this season is showing hope and a bright future. The seeds you plant now will grow and manifest into Summer or later in your cycle.

During this workshop, Maureen and Alexandra will guide you into the Spring cycle. What does this season mean? What are the actions - the seeds - I can take now, to see manifested at a later stage? How to work with my body and breath to support myself ?

We are meeting in a small community group to connect to ourselves and others. Join us to set your intention for this new cycle, experience mindful movement and yoga, conscious connected breathwork, and relax with a soundbath. Tea and snacks will be shared, as well as microdosed tea from TeaBreaks [@teabreaksmicro] for those who want to try it.
