About the event

Yoga and Ayurveda are like two sisters on a mission to bring harmony and balance into your life. As seasons change, so do our bodies and our mental states. It's essential to adapt our routines to align with this new season to prevent feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or falling prey to common Vata imbalances like catching a cold.

During our workshop, we will come together to practice yoga: a grounding sequence to keep us rooted in the earth element and explore mindful breathing techniques to soothe the mind.

You’ll learn the basics of Ayurveda and how to introduce "Dinacharya," your personalized Ayurvedic routine. Expect enlightening discussions and live demonstrations while savoring an Ayurvedic beverage. To close the day we’ll enjoy a delicious and healthy ayurvedic meal together.

You'll also receive a starter kit, complete with essential tools, recipes, spices, and mindful practices, empowering you to initiate your Dinacharya journey at home.

Ayurveda is an ancient and traditional medical system coming from India. The term “Ayurveda” itself is derived from two Sanskrit root words:

“Ayu” = Life + “Veda” = Knowledge or Science. Ayurveda is the science or knowledge of life.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to these practices, this event is open to all levels. So, come join us as we celebrate the beauty of autumn and embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care.
